What is EMDR?
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a form of therapy that uses bilateral stimulation to help the brain quickly desensitize and reprocess disturbing memories. It is often used to treat symptoms related to trauma, and can reduce the symptoms of PTSD, phobias, and anxiety disorders in just a few sessions.
